It's the myriad of variables and their workings, that we cannot comprehand all at once. further more man kind is still strugling with the inherent errors that are inbeded in his formulas due to his limited capacity to track all events in his mind.! A smart way to play the lotto is to see the initial device, that produced the event, and through analysis come up with the best quest.! the lotto system is altered during a certain period to maintain the OD'S in favor on the BANK. Last week, the biggest lottery winner in Canadian history stepped forward, after 50 weeks waiting! :-o It was only $30 million, which is nothing to the big US lotteries, but it's still alot! ;-) It makes sense to me.
