Have A Safe Flight

My buddy Case just said, “have a safe flight” on IM. I know we are just being polite and thoughtful when we say it, kind of like, “drive safe.” But…on an airplane do we really have any control over how safely we arrive at our destination? Just a thought…

    I say that too sometimes.. It’s just an expression to show that the person cares about your safety :wink: Fly safe !

    :mrgreen: Well, of course you can’t help anything going wrong with your airplane… Whoever “invented” that little sentence was probably stoned or something.

    Just some thoughts:
    Don’t try to shoot anyone while flying.
    Don’t turn that tempting red handle on the cabin door while at altitude.
    Have your safety belt fastened at all times while seated, when the safetybelt light is on, and until the aircraft comes to a complete stop and the light is extinguished.
    Try not to knock out the pilots and land the plane yourself just to see if it really is like the videogame.
