		<description>yes they do make a difference. i read that by taking steriods it can help you hit 50 percent more home runs by increasing the muscle by only 10 percent. By putting on 10 percent more muscle you can swing 5 times faster which increasing the balls speed by 4 percent as soon as it leaves the bat. â€œAdding to this speed you get a 50 percent more chance to get a home runâ€ said by Roger Tobin of Tufts University in Boston.</description>

		<description>As a fan who's been watching the whole season, it seems like the umpires are slowly reverting back to the smaller strike zone.  That makes a huge difference, and the power numbers could be attibuted in part to that.</description>
