Does Hard Work Pay Someone Else Off?
What do you do when someone steals your content, displaying it on their site as if they wrote it? I’ve sent 2 messages to the email addresses on this site several times and they are not responding. I’ve explained very nicely that they have stolen my content and asked them to remove it because they are in violation of copyright. Don’t people have an conscious these days?
See for yourself…
Doesn’t this site (site has been removed) copy word for word from my Poker Chip Tricks Tutorial?

COMPLETE BS… I would contact the BBB or something. There has to be something that can be done… this really tics me off.

He’s ranked #10 on Google for “poker chip tricks”…I’m still ahead at #2, but jeesh, the nerve of some people. I just wonder how long he’s gotten away with it.

Ah the bastid! So how long has this shit been going on? And how did you found out? I’ve had someone copying some of my posts once, although this is not just a post!

Some of the visitors to that page notified me. If it was just part of a post I probably wouldn’t mind, but this is highly sought after information on the web. I have over 1000 hits a day to that page and I’m in the process of creating a whole site just for the poker chip tricks, so it’s a pretty big deal.

“Google Bomb” comes to mind. Obviously the site owner doesn’t care. If stealing content is something they are willing to do, then what other questionable practises are they capable of?

(Cool Link of the Day: check if your content is being copied using Copyscape.)
