Yes, that's a lot of spam! It's been over 14 hours since I deactivated WP Hashcash and so far so good. I've only been hit by 5 pieces of spam (total at both sites) and all 5 were put into the moderation queue. I should mention that I have about 5 words in my blacklist moderation that are probably auto-deleting quite a few pieces of spam.
