Madden? Excuse Me?
John Madden will be moving from ABC to NBC after this year.
John Madden is the best analyst in the history of the National Football League and, in my opinion, the best analyst of any kind in sports television history.
Dick Ebersol
What did he say? Is there anyone out there who actually enjoys listening to John Madden? If so, please raise your hand so we can all throw rocks at you.

Dude there is entertainment value there, he iss hilarious to listen to. It is purely because of entertainment value(nothing to do with actual football), I mean who else can say “look at the cankles on that guy” with a straight face.

Yeah, but watching the football is supposed to be the entertainment. If I want to laugh, I’ll watch a sitcom or comedy movie.

John Madden and Bill Walton are two sports announcers I can’t stand!! They were good in their day, but that doesn’t mean that they’re good on TV.

It’s hard to say which of the two are worse.

John Madden is a useless commentator. NBC wins a big loser.
