I did one of those like a month ago. Luckily for me it was just a clean install. It was a Windows 98 machine, and if they asked me for anything more, they’d get an earful of technical gibberish basically meaning that it’d take forever to update. Erm, I take that back - you can’t update Windows 98 anymore.

This is a 400-something MHz with 128 MB of RAM running Windows XP Pro. Talk about sloooowwww….
