Slash or Dash?

Are you a slash (6/30/05) or dash (6-30-05) person? I’m a slasher.

    I’m probably normally a slasher. The other element here is that I’m a 4-digit year/slasher kind of guy.

    I have to say I like slashes better, but I find myself using dashes once in awhile for some reason. I also switch back and forth between 2 and 4 digit years. It’s funny, I think about this every time I write a check.

    I’ll do dashes - if I’m naming a folder within Windows. :-P Otherwise, I slash within my date formats.

    I’m a slasher (DD/MM/YYYY) but I’m quite partial to DD-MON-YYYY.
