Who Needs Sleep?
I do. I’ve had problems sleeping for years and finally decided to do something about it. I visited a Doctor last week and was sent to a sleep clinic. They put sensors all over my body and monitored me for a night. It was something different to say the least. My results didn’t show any major problems like sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome, so that’s good. I guess. (...)

Watch Your Cart
I just went to purchase ER - The Complete Fourth Season from Amazon and made it all the way to the final step of checkout before realizing my total was over $1,500! My first thought was “That’s an expensive DVD.” Then I realized I still had an Apple iMac G5 in the shopping cart from a week ago. (...)

Self Improvement
I’ve written about being satisfied before and some of my recent posts have hinted at at the fact that I’m not satisfied with myself. In the last couple of weeks I’ve started more changes in my life than at any other time. I’ve attempted to make similar self improvements before and always ended up reverting to my old ways. This time is much different. (...)

Get Fit
Two weeks ago my weight topped out at 197 pounds. Right then I knew it was time for some changes. I’d hit 195 before, but for some reason the 7 on the end affected me a lot more. It’s only 3 pounds away from 200, which I never hope to hit, even in my later years. I sure as hell didn’t want to hit 200 at 26! I bought a Pro-Form Elliptical 130 XP last week as a first step. (...)
Super Sunday
More like shitty as far as the Super Bowl went. I didn’t see the National Anthem, but I heard it from the other room and I swear my ears started to bleed. The refs continued their string of horrible calls in the 2006 playoffs by screwing Seattle out of a touchdown that anyone could see was not offensive pass interference. (...)

Xylitol Helps With Tooth Decay
Ever heard of Xylitol? It’s a natural sweetener which has shown very promising results in the area of tooth decay. Xylitol helps to prevent tooth decay and has even been shown to reverse some decay. I learned about it at my dentist’s office the past two times I’ve had my teeth cleaned, but finally got around to looking it up the other day. For more info check out Xylitol.Org. (...)

Big Error
I just found a missing { in single.php of my theme, which was causing all of my single post pages to error out. No wonder my Google traffic fell off the charts in the last couple of weeks and the number of comments I’ve received has been non-existent. All should be fixed now. (...)
Ahhhh
Where to start? It’s been nearly a month since the last post here at MtDewVirus. That has to be a record since the blog started over two years ago. The lack of posts hasn’t been because of a lack of activity, because plenty has been going on in my life and the world around me. I simply needed some time away from blogging. (...)
