Hitting the Wall

Back in my younger days I ran quite a bit. I might have even enjoyed it once in awhile. During 8th grade and my freshmen year of high school I ran cross country. We had some fun during practices, but I can’t really say that I enjoyed the running aspect of the sport. I ran the distance events during my freshmen year of high school and just hated it. (...)

Booked Sunday

An hour ago I didn’t have any plans set in stone for the weekend. Now my Sunday is booked solid. First, my Dad invited me up to play a golf course in Harrisville called Loggers Trace at 12:30. He has some type of connection and we are golfing for free. Can’t argue with that so I said “Yes” right away. (...)

Another Crash

Yesterday I managed to crash again while out biking. The last time was in June of 2004, so I guess I was due for some injuries. This crash was all my fault unlike the last time when my bike slipped on a wet root out in the woods. I was cruising along down a paved bike path yesterday and when I came to the turn-around at one end I didn’t slow down much. (...)
