Just received this email from DreamHost: I’m writing to regretfully inform you that we have decided to end our business relationship with you. DreamHost Improves Support
The DreamHost Status blog claims a decrease in support response times and I couldn’t agree more. The helpfulness of the support has also increased. With my recent spam attack, I’ve been in touch with DreamHost Support several times a day, most of the time without even contacting them. They’ve looked up WordPress plugins, htaccess solutions, and overall been very helpful. (...)
