April Michigan Weather
On Tuesday it was a sunny 85 degrees here in Michigan and and Thursday night I mowed my lawn. Right now it’s in the low 30’s and snowing. Yes…it’s snowing in late April! There’s a Winter Weather Alert in effect through noon Sunday with up to 8 inches expected. Gotta love Michigan weather. (...)

Hail To The Victors
The Michigan Wolverines hosted the Michigan State Spartans yesterday in the state’s greatest football rivalry. It was the greatest Michigan games I’ve ever watched. The team with the greatest fight song and most recognizable helmets in football came out on top 45-37 in a thrilling 3 OT game. MSU jumped out to the early 7-0 lead on a 72 yard TD run and went into halftime leading 17-0. (...)

Yesterday my boys Tom and Jere came up for a visit. After grabbing some lunch, our first stop was the party store from some liquor. Jere and I decided to make some margaritas, so I picked up some 1800 Tequila. You just can’t go wrong getting the good stuff. It makes the margaritas so much better. Michigan whooped on Ohio State 35-21 this afternoon. Now all of the John Navarre critics can finally shut up, because he has played well all season. The season is far from over. Will Chris Perry be considered for the Heisman? Will LSU and USC lose, allowing Michigan a chance at Oklahoma in the National Championship? We’ll have to wait and see. (...)
