Password Sharing
I hate asking people for their passwords and I know how much everyone is warned about giving out their passwords over the phone, but as a support center tech it really is the easiest way to troubleshoot most login problems. You’d be suprised how often people get fat fingers on the keyboard. Of course they swear they’ve typed everything correctly at least 10 times. (...)
