Another Dr. Visit

Over a month ago I was pretty sick for about a week. Everything got better, but I have a cough that never went away. Last night I finally decided to go back to the Doc. This time he gave me a different antibiotic and some cough syrup with Codeine. It better work, because it’s starting to get expensive! (...)

Feeling Better

I’m feeling better today for the first time in nearly a week. It turns out I just have the common cold/flu. I also managed to get an eye infection somehow. I’m blessed with a low white blood cell count, so when I catch something it hits me a bit harder than everyone else. Last night I finally got some sleep which can be the #1 cure sometimes. (...)

Trying to Recover

Originally I took Thursday, Friday, and Monday off because I have 230 hours of vacation saved up at work. Yes, you read that right, 230 hours or nearly 6 weeks. I had plans to do some things around my place and enjoy the warm weather Michigan finally was going to get. Some Kind Of Flu

I started coming down with something on Monday night. I could feel my throat getting a little scratchy and the stuffiness was starting. Tuesday at work I felt like shit all day long, but managed to get through it. When I got home I went straight to bed for about 2 hours.
