Performancing Metrics

Published on Friday, March 17th, 2006 at 9:23am.

Performancing came out with a free public beta of a blog tracking service earlier this week, called Performancing Metrics. I haven’t used it a very much yet, but it looks very promising. Most statistics services and packages are bloated with useless data. PM gives bloggers access to the data they’ll need most often and it works great. (...)

More Google AdSense Updates

Published on Monday, November 7th, 2005 at 11:15am.

It looks like Google has done some updating with AdSense because I’m getting updated stats every few minutes. It used to take 30 minutes to an hour for stats to update and even then they seemed to be behind. Just what I need. It’s not like I don’t suffer from Repetitive Information Injury (RII) enough. Update: Seems to be performing how it used to again. (...)

Web Tools

Published on Sunday, September 26th, 2004 at 4:22pm.

I’m testing out a stat tracking site called Data Archiving Services. Simply put one line of javascript in your webpage and then log into their site to view the stats. The same company also has a site called Visual Speller which will highlight spelling mistakes in any web site. (...)

Top 10 May 2004 Searches

Published on Monday, May 31st, 2004 at 10:12pm.

At the end of each month (I’ve decided this is the last month I am posting this), I post a list of the top 10 keyword combinations (searches) that visitors have used in a search engine to get to my site. It’s not a popularity list, because “poker chip tricks” and every possible way to search for that would dominate my top 10. (...)

Stat Line

Published on Tuesday, February 17th, 2004 at 9:47pm.

About 20 points, 8+ rebounds, 5+ blocks, and 5+ steals to go along with 5+ turnovers and bad defense in the last few minutes. It’s hard to do it all I guess. We lost in overtime by one or two points. The refs are just so inconsistent in this league. At one end of the court the guy calls a good game, but then you play on the other end in the 2nd half and nothing seems to be a foul. (...)
